TD#2-E is close to the coast of Mexico and may be more closer as it moves north but a ridge will form to the north and by then it will change course to a more westward one but it will be TS Blanca as conditions are favorable in that area.
But it will be shortlive because cooler sst's are ahead of it so a couple of days we will see TS Blanca but thereafter it will weaken.
