I think that senorpepr has the numbers changing in his time zone as he lives in Omaha,Nebraska so that is why his change comes later than what I have here in Puerto Rico. But always the change of numbers comes at 00:00z time which is at 8:00 PM AST at my timezone,7:00 PM EST at the eastern zone. After the 2nd of April when daylight savings time begins for the east coast time zone will be at 8:00 PM EDT.
