There were overhead thunderstorms here as well. A narrow band didn't move too much during the early to mid afternoon hours.
There was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning out for Marion county until 5:30 PM ET. The activity was located 20 to 25 miles to my north.
There were also warnings out for Clay county, to the north of Marion county, north of Putnam county and two warnings for Manatee county (in the Ruskin-Tampa Bay Area NWS zone).
