http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/positions.html

The SSD dvorak T numbers for Claudette haved been down from 3.0-2.5 now this morning to 2.0 meaning that the winds are decreasing.T number 2.0 means winds of 30 kts so barely it is a TS or maybe a TD.Let's see what the TPC says at 11 AM about letting it as a minimal TS or she will be downgraded to a TD but I think that TPC will let it as a TS at 11 AM to see if it reorganizes later in the day.

IMO, T numbers don't mean much when you have Recon investigating the system. Recon is far more accurate than SAB estimates by far.

The T numbers are back 2.5 now anyway.
