the adv are issued in central time so you should be 10 am cdt up there

Heres a conversion chart :lol: :lol:

1cdt = 2est
2cdt = 3est
3cdt = 4est
4cdt = 5est
5cdt = 6est
6cdt = 7est
7cdt = 8est
8cdt = 9est
9cdt = 10est

etc......

It is just not proper to put eastern time on the adv when they are being issued in central time . That's what I learned in school .
