Hey guys what do you think the next advisory will say?
In my opinion It will say winds still 50 mph 1008 mbs and drifting northnorthwest.

A Given
That's pretty much a given - the 50 mph and 1008mb, as that is what the recon found and there's no plane in the storm now. Claudette is just about stationary, but the longer it stays put, the more likely it'll resume a westerly motion as the 500mb ridge builds to its north tomorrow.

Wxman, the low pressure system developing along the cold front to the north-northwest of Claudette will have no affect on the situation?
The high pressure is obviously behind the frontal system, further away from this surface low.
The circulation around the low pressure being reverse of a high pressure system would put the obvoiusly flow in the Gulf of Mexico.

Well
Well, if Claudette was going to head north, NOW is its chance. If it doesn't start moving soon, the opportunity is lost and about the only way it can go is west. Winds are already beginning to shift to offshore flow in the lower to mid levels north of the storm.
