Yes it looks like a TD now but will not bother anyone.I am looking more to that area SW of the cape verde islands.

The system won't be a threat to land, but it will be fun to watch, nonetheless...just not as nerve-wracking, thankfully.

Wow! What a season! :o If this become Danny we'll be ahead 95. Wonder how this season peak moment will be and how much the season will last. Will we be looking to organized tropical systems during October or even November? :crazyeyes:

As I said a short while ago in another post, Tropical Depression #5 should not be written off.
Yes, the steering flow may turn to a system going out to sea, (again), but not with the latest steering pattern information in the last few hours it won't; at least initially.

You can even see a possible southwestward turn, can't know for sure until more images come in.
