D'Vorak classification for 97L

D'vorak classification is "Too weak" for now.

Now they are 1.0 but still it has a ways to go to be a TD.It has to begin to climb in latitud and the center deepen in pressure but the signature is good this morning.

yeah, it's hanging on. the wave is still impressive, however it has a few days to go if it continues this to become a TD.
