Has anyone seen or heard of Blackwater Worldwide (Security) in any areas affected by Gustav or Ike?

Of course Blackwater is in Houston. They were in the shipping channel long before the hurricane. Why do you think they have teamed up with Koch? The Houston shipping channel is our Achilles heel.

I do not really know. But when I took this photo in Houston the day after the storm, I wondered if the guys in the photo were from Blackwater, Simply because the uniforms were very different than national guard.
