I can see the logic, most of the people live on the west bank which was undamaged by Katrina. Don't it make sense to protect undamaged property vrs the already flooded east bank?....MGC

Wonder at the politics. Seems that most people and property are on the east bank (still), but they are the ones suing the Corps. Now they are told they will have the sme protection they had before katerina. That would be enough to scare me into moving. Why do I feel we ain't seen nothing yet.
