Congrasts, Kelly...now you've gone from serving wench to mistress of the salt cellar (everyone had to beg foir salt in medieval inns and taverns, and the "mistress" was well-paid for the privilege...plus, she supervised all the other serving wenches!). And, for a 'consideration", the mistress could drop a touch of fennel in a customer's ale.
