WEEKLY CHAT.....

#1 Postby Guest » Thu Dec 12, 2002 9:47 pm

There was a suggestion made that we schedule a weekly chat in storm2k each week - so if anyone wants to drop in and chat for a few - we all can get together.

So consider this your ANNOUNCEMENT - INVITATION and NOTICE that there will be a Weekly chat session in STORM2K each Saturday Evening at
8:00 p.m. EST - 7:00 p.m. CST.

I hope to see everyone drop in and give an update on how they are doing and wish everyone happy holidays.

REMEMBER - WEEKLY CHAT SESSION EVERY SATURDAY AT 8:00 P.M. EST.

Thanks,

Sounds good guys...I hope you can keep the chat alongside of the forums....so many times I've seen one or the other...usually chat, go on the wayside or split up.

Thats great Chad...I took a leap over to chat and everytime I did I was talking to myself. I better drum up some more bodies during these lower peaked times in the day!

I am only online Wednesday evening's. I need to have some time offline, so that is usually Thursday through Tuesday evening's. I guess the chatroom will always be empty at other times.

Rob you will see a chat room very active once the hurricane season starts and everydays and nights the room will be with people.

Last season when Isidore and Lili were out there threatening the room was with between 75-100 people going in and out as the threats were increasing so Rob the room is slow at this time but wait from june and beyond. :D

Thats great Luis. While I'm not as much of a tropics watcher as I am a severe thunderstorm/tornado watcher, I still will drop by and see whats being discussed!

I certainly will...as most regular chats have more people actively talking in real time and that makes it much more interesting since a tornado or hail could be hitting someone close and they are relaying this info here...pretty nice to actually have a chat alongside of the forums!
