Is there a website where I can find the past history of solar flares released by the sun? Preferably one with the dates and magnitude of the events.

http://www.spaceweather.com/solarflares/topflares.html

Remember, its only recently that we've had continuous monitoring of most/all of the sun. Its likely there we're missed flares that would be on this list.
