Radar loops for past hurricanes?

#1 Postby RedWall » Fri Aug 12, 2011 1:46 am

What is the best site(s) for viewing the radar loops of historical hurricanes? From start to finish, preferably--- but preferably with the pause and play style.

Thx.

If you know the dates of the system(s) you are interested in, the NCDC is where you want to go. You'll need a viewer, but all radar archives are here:

http://lwf.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/radar/radardata.html

good luck!
