Its Christmas, and most people (like me) are dormant until Hurricane Season starts again, OR there is something big worth talking about. Its pretty quite across the US tonight, So I dont know what your expecting...

I think it's still pretty busy around here. Wait until March/April when the southern hemisphere seasons end and the typhoon season hesitates to begin; then you probably see only one or two posts per day.

I try to be some kind of active the whole year round but in winter/spring you should be happy about any kind of activity, even if its sports threads.

While it is a weather board, the tropics are by far the main identity of the board and lets face it...they're kinda dead right now.

To add to what RL3AO said, it was decided to add more forums apart from tropical weather to mantain the site active all year around.
