NHC Forecast Verification

Thought I could easily run through the NHC forecast verification, but confused myself in a couple of places. Anyone here can help me with some questions and/or point me to a good real-time verification?

They do annual reports, not sure there is any verification ongoing unless someone takes the time to track and do it themselves.

Thought it would be pretty easy to track and do it myself, but timing issues arose. Hope to find someone that has/does and iron those out.
