A broad area of low pressure located a couple hundred miles south-
southwest of the coast of Guatemala is producing a large area of
disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are
expected to be somewhat conducive for gradual development of this
low while it moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph.
