Models are not so bullish with it.

NWS

THE PRIMARY WEATHER MAKER FOR YAP AND KOROR WILL BE THE TROPICAL
DISTURBANCE LOCATED TO THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF CHUUK AND THE
ASSOCIATED NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH. A BUILDING HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
TO THE NORTH OF THE MARIANAS HAS PUSHED THE DISTURBANCE FURTHER
SOUTH. WITH THE SYSTEM NOW LOCATED FURTHER SOUTH...MODELS ARE
INDICATING MOST OF THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL NOW REMAIN
SOUTH OF YAP. CHOSE TO MAINTAIN THE PREVIOUS FORECAST FOR SCATTERED
SHOWERS FOR NOW AS IT IS A BIT TOO EARLY TO MAKE ANY MAJOR CHANGES
AS IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE SYSTEM COULD MOVE FURTHER NORTH THAN THE
CURRENT FORECAST. OTHERWISE...NO MAJOR CHANGES TO THE FORECAST FOR
EITHER KOROR OR YAP.

I'm actually a little surprised this was designated an invest. I've seen better passed over.

It certainly doesn't look very happy.
