Re: EPAC: INVEST 95E
Surprisingly, even though the Pacific continues to be very active, everything that has tried to form in the central Pacific this year (with the exception of the disturbance that formed Pali) has gone poof. Let's see if this one will break that streak.

Re: EPAC: INVEST 95E
Showers and thunderstorms associated with a weak area of low
pressure located about 1325 miles east-southeast of the Big Island
of Hawaii have changed little in organization since this morning.
Any additional development of this system is expected to be slow to
occur while it moves slowly westward during the next few days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent
