Tropical Cyclone Outlook for the Western Region

Another weak tropical low (15U) was located near 7.0S 127.8E at 11am WST Saturday, about 700 km north northwest of Darwin.
It is forecast to linger north of the Northern Territory until Sunday or Monday, and then possibly take a more west southwest track
to pass north of the Kimberley on Tuesday. There is a chance it develops into a tropical cyclone later in the week, but it is likely to
remain well offshore from the Pilbara coast.

No tropical cyclone development in the next 3 days.

Tropical Cyclone Outlook for the Western Region

Issued at 3:45 pm WST on Monday 11 March 2019
for the period until midnight WST Thursday 14 March 2019.

Another weak tropical low (15U) was located near 8.8S 129.7E at 8am WST Monday, which is about 400 km north northwest of Darwin. It is expected to drift slowly west over the next few days to be over waters well north of Western Australia later in the week.
