I think this is an important thread for anyone that may experience a hurricane or tropical storm for the first time. I do wish we could keep it sticked. It also has important info for what the cone is and is not.

There is a new thread for 2013 with changes to the cone and that one is stickied.

true, it just doesn't have all the other links which I think help people realize what else they need to know, describe in the thread exactly what the cone is, and show what else s2k has to offer people in preparing, and coping. I just feel the more people are educated the better it is and that is what this site is all about. JMO
