Literally this is getting more and more ominous. ECMWF setup brings a strong hurricane into a major city while the GFS has basically all islands getting soaked.

Literally this is getting more and more ominous. ECMWF setup brings a strong hurricane into a major city while the GFS has basically all islands getting soaked.

And it doesn't help that this thing is doing what it has strengthening tonight, usually it's the other way around that storms get sloppy at about this time this close. Sure there is still some time before it hits, should it hit, but it's no less comforting. Lots of sleepless nights for some the coming days.

I'm sorry, it was me. The minute I stopped following it broke down. I just came back to find the last set of obs when I left is still the last set of obs. I'll hit refresh and maybe it'll work again. I promise not to take any more Netflix breaks.

I do hope it works soon though, we all want that data.

This is likely 130 knots per recon. With that I can go to bed. Worth noting that the FL and SFMR remains very large so indicative of strengthening still going on.
