Kind of a strange place to install a Terminal Doppler radar site. {Shows clearly in Google Earth}

I guess I can understand it being 10 miles outside the airport, but alongside I-55/I-69 in the back corner of a truck weigh station? Can't tell if the only access is via the weigh station or if they come in from the driver's license office parking lot behind it.
