Typhoon Haiyan relief organizations

#1 Postby somethingfunny » Fri Nov 08, 2013 9:37 am

Hi all, there are organizations deploying immediately after Supertyphoon Haiyan/Yolanda in the Philippines and I thought we ought to do what we can to help them save people.

Save The Children International (A well-known and highly rated charity that does important work)

Shelter Box (provides a durable container packed with tools, a tent, bedding, stove - the necessities for recovery and rebuilding)

Philippine Red Cross

I am not a meteorologist, and any posts made by me are not official forecasts or to be interpreted as being intelligent. These posts are just my opinions and are probably silly opinions.

I donated US$50 to IRC just now for families devastated by Typhoon Haiyan.
