Dallas Icestorm

This is a video I shot from the hood of my mustang during one of Dallas' ice storms. Shot it with my GoPro. The ice was so bad there were hundreds of cars that couldn't make it up this hill.

Two questions: Why were you driving around in an ice storm and why were you following a few feet behind another car while climbing an icy hill?
