The weather may sometimes be scary, BUT FORECASTERS SHOUTING ABOUT IT DON'T HELP, a leading federal agency said Monday. Beginning next month, the National Weather Service will stop using all capital letters on many of its forecasts.

I'm pretty sure there's another S2K thread about this where some stated they actually prefer the ALL CAPS format. I don't and I'm certainly glad to hear of this pending change.
