Yea that would be the best bet. We don't know what kind of contaminants can be brought back to the US. It's sad but true. It won't be safe to bring their remains (bodies) back to their families :( If they are cremated then it will be safe.

At least that way, the family can have something of the deceased so slosure can come easier. After creamation, any trace of chemical or bio hazard would be eliminated. The only other option would be to bury the remains on sight. In which case the families probably would never have closure. Lets all hope that it does not come to that, but in the unfortunate event that it does, at least there are contingency plans.
