ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
1. FLIGHT ONE SUBTROPICAL STORM ANDREA
A. 12/1800Z
B. AFXXX 0301A ANDREA
C. 12/1600Z
D. 29.0N 79.0W
E. 12/1700Z TO 12/2200Z
F. SFC TO 10,000 FT

For those who may not know as they are for the first time today at the forum,NHC has a plane to fly into the system tommorow afternoon (If Necessary) with departure around noon EDT or 16:00z and being near the system around 2:00 PM EDT or 18:00z.

ANDREA NEAR 32N AND 73W FOR 13/1800Z IF SYSTEM IS
A THREAT.

Is this still valid?
