No good images yet but it is right in that area where the water is nice and warm.

Yup it sure is.

ECMWF have been brewing a monster down near 140E 18N for the last 6 runs (3 days.) The latest 2 runs takes this phantom storm as a monster into Taiwan (like Sepat.) ECMWF doesn't expect formation for another 5 or 6 days though but this area is definitely worth keeping a close eye on!
