Well, Chad, after several straight months of staying up with no sleep, many of the users have become exhausted and have began their hibernation. They will not awaken until we get our first INVEST of the 2008 hurricane season. The only force great enough to interrupt their winter slumber would be a tropical storm.

Looking fairly decent, I'd say if it keeps up like this, we should see it at LEAST become 93L again.
