All coming on the heels of a strong geomagnetic storm the last week.
These occurred with dropping solar wind speeds, which is typical.
More quakes may come until SWS drops to about 340 km/sec.

Getting activity around Los Angeles as well last couple days.
Hopefully these aren't foreshocks.
There is a theory out about mega-quakes occurring every 188 days.
Today is supposed to be the day for L.A.

From Reuters........
(Reuters) - A magnitude 6 earthquake hit in the Caribbean Sea off the southern coast of Cuba on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. There were no immediate reports of damage.
A scientist at the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii told Reuters the quake was not strong enough to generate a tsunami.
The USGS said the quake was centered 67 miles (108 km) southwest of the Cuban town of Campechuela at a depth of 6.6 miles (10 km). The epicenter is about 70 miles (110 km) from the northern coast of Jamaica. (Reporting by Mohammad Zargham in Washington)

New Zealand wasn't a megaquake, it was a 6.3 in a very unlucky location.

I am not a meteorologist, and any posts made by me are not official forecasts or to be interpreted as being intelligent. These posts are just my opinions and are probably silly opinions.
