Times said the Myanmar government is finally getting relief to the most remote areas affected by Nargis. These areas are only accessible by boat. The aid is apparently working and the recovery is ongoing.

The best thing that could be done for those people is Bangladesh-type concrete cyclone shelters.

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) -- Myanmar's cyclone-devastated Irrawaddy delta and Indonesia's Sumatra island face high risks of arsenic contamination in groundwater that could cause cancer and other diseases in residents, according to a new study.
