Current position is 2.1N 141.9E

According to ECWMF, it may move west-northwestward ang approach the east coast of the Philippines and then develop a little there, of course, we can't rule out the possibility that it may be redesignated by the NRL as 93W before reaching the Philippines.

NRL doesn't show a current WestPac system

It looks okay, perhaps slow development into tropical depression
status if shear or dry air doesn't stop it.
