Avatar size complaint

I have noticed there are quite a lot of monstrously huge avatars such as the one here:

Several others have also had huge avatars made up of entire weather maps and graphics. These huge avatars make the forum incredibly difficult to read; is there any way to change the limit?

I assume 'Veterans for 911 Truth" is some whackjob group that believes the US government destroyed the WTC. That seems a tad more political than normally permitted on S2K.

Well, that aside, it's the latest in a recent rash of gigantic avatars, hence the complaint.

Point well made. Ill ask the staff to get this under control. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Update: I just set avatar size limitations once again so once we get rid of the oversized ones that currently exist we should be in good shape.
