Why can't I do a poll?

I'd like to do a poll but the option isn't there. I know I've seen it occasionally pop up so is there a trick to it? :?

Same has happened to me southern. I create a new topic sometimes and its not at the bottom...lol Weird.

We found several Forums with th ePoll option still set to Moderator. I have updated all forums except the New, Newsletter one. That forum is still reserved for Mods and Admins. Sorry for the problems! Poll away!
