Unable to access chat room (never happened before)

I'm not sure if the problem is with webtv or storm2k, but I was unable to enter the chatroom tonight as I've always done in the past...either as PerryXXL or JetMaxx.

I keep receiving an error message of "That chat service cannot be reached"....I get the same message just trying irc.stormdancing.net and 6667 port number on my webtv advanced chat portal -- leading me to believe none of stormdancing chatrooms are webtv compatible any longer (at least temporarily).

Perry, I have been having trouble and have heard other have been having trouble as well access the chatroom using Java. There may be a similar problem with the chatroom on WebTV as there is with Java.

I have had no problems connecting with mIRC.
