The way things have been going lately, I should probably wait maybe a week to say everything is OK, but so far so good!

No problems for me today, but I haven't been on that much. I haven't had to hit refresh at all though.

fact... Marshall said it could take up to 24 hours. Who is your internet provider?

Use this for now: http://75.126.149.247/phpbb2/

It can take as much as 24-48 hours for the change to fully propagate. I only made the change this morning so it's a little too soon to be sure either way. The other possibility is that WindowsXP also caches DNS results. To clear your local cache do the following steps:

1. Click "Start" - "RUN" and type "cmd" then click "ok" (don't use the quotes)
2. At the C:> prompt type the following "ipconfig /flushdns" (don't use the quotes) and hit the enter key
3. type "exit"

Thanks dolphin and all involved in the improvements to S2K that are obvious. But, as always, bugs have to be ironed out. It has been frustrating the past couple weeks with getting constant 404 messages. Everything is working now and I hope it stays that way. There is one suggestion that I have though. It is to copy and paste the tips in this thread to a word doc. That way if this happens again you can try the tricks to gain access. Remember if you can’t get in you can’t see the tips.

Good tips OuterBanker.. Also we are working on a storm2k Myspace account and we will put this info in a blog there as well so if the board ever does go down you can still access the myspace and look for info and updates on the outage etc..
