Is there a "New Feature Guide?"

I was trying to figure out some of the new features like, what do all the colors mean? Is there a guide someplace? If not, can you make one?
I love the new look.

Here's the documentation on the new version http://www.phpbb.com/support/documentation/3.0/ Section 5 is the user section. The staff has some reading to do as well :-)
