SOUTHEASTERN SEMICIRCLE..

LLCC EXPOSED TO ABOUT 75NM NW OF DEEP CONVECTION. OUTFLOW GOOD TO
SOUTH AND RESTRICTED ELSEWHERE. DVORAK ANALYSIS BASED ON SHEAR
