NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
500 AM PDT SUN SEP 20 2009

FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

A SMALL AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 175 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST
OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWESTWARD
AT AROUND 10 MPH. THE ASSOCIATED SHOWER ACTIVITY IS MINIMAL AT
THIS TIME...AND THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...LESS THAN 30 PERCENT...OF
THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.

Yep, looks like the E-Pac's string of invest development, which goes back to the first Invest 92 in June is going to end. During the streak, 16 consecutive invests became tropical cyclones.
