I think the fact they've gone to orange probably means an invest isn't far off...now whether they invest 90L again or create 91L is another story totally...

No update yet on the ATCF site about reactivating 90L or adding new invest 91L.

To prevent cross-posting, for the time being, this topic has been locked. Refer to the "Wave WSW of CV Islands" thread for discussion as it remains uncertain whether the area that 90L was in will be re-designated as either 90L or 91L.
