Have the globals backed off developing something from this area?

As of 00z, the CMC, NOGAPS, GFS, UKMET and to a lesser degree the EURO are still developing it. The difference is that most have delayed there development and show varying degrees of ridge strength. I still think we have some consensus on development starting in a few days. As many have stated the evolution with the multiple vorticities has been a problem for the models.

That's tomorrow night Mike

Ivan,

I am just a curious person.

Are you the pic or is that your son or grandson.

I just would like to have a vision of who is posting.

Yes, this is off topic, but I would be happy to know.

K

That's me.

I think we should get a better idea today about this system. Models have been horrible so far on both developing and track.

I'm surprised no one posted the 06z GFS

1. Clips the NE Islands
2. Stalls in the Bahamas
3. Hits the Carolinas

We are going to post the models about this area over in Talking Tropics under the Wave SSW of Cape Verde thread, since 90L has been deactivated.

I haven't been able to find the current models on this system since yesterday. Thanks, Ivanhater...that's exactly what I DIDN'T want to see!
Any guesses on intensity?
