Confusing passes through the system with multiple possible centers indicate situation described in 5PM EDT advisory likely still holds:

THE WELL-DEFINED LOW
CLOUD SWIRL SEEN EARLIER HAS BECOME PART OF A LARGER ELONGATED
CIRCULATION WITH MULTIPLE SWIRLS ROTATING AROUND A MEAN CENTER.

BTW interesting that they initially descended to 850 mb but then later went down to 925 mb. Perhaps the convective burst earlier made them think they would find a stronger system than we actually have given the relatively low winds ?
