NEAR LATITUDE 20.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 27.8 WEST. LISA IS MOVING
TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS
FORECAST TO CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH A TURN TOWARD THE
NORTH-NORTHWEST EXPECTED BY LATE SATURDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO NEAR 75 MPH...120
KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. LISA IS A CATEGORY ONE HURRICANE ON THE
SAFFIR-SIMPSON HURRICANE WIND SCALE. SOME STRENGTHENING IS
POSSIBLE TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY WITH GRADUAL WEAKENING EXPECTED
BY SATURDAY NIGHT.

LISA IS A RATHER SMALL TROPICAL CYCLONE. HURRICANE FORCE WINDS
EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 10 MILES...20 KM...FROM THE CENTER...AND
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 45 MILES...75 KM.

Seems to be the standard for this year. One of these days conditions out there will be unfavorable.

When I left a couple hours ago I thought she looked pretty good of a TS, but with the conditions as they are I did not expect that eye to pop out! Wow!

Lisa came a long way. It comes to show that predicting intensity is very difficult. Julia and Lisa showed that. Also, Lisa is a very small storm.

Lisa is a very small hurricane, so satellite estimates is going to be a bit trickier.
