By the way, I can stop posting obs as plane from NOAA is ascending, isn't it?

Edit: I can post the observation of the new plane for one more hour though.

Yes,you can stop as the NOAA mission is over as plane is going to St Croix.

They are flying at 25,000 feet south of Puerto Rico.Here is the decoded ob 03.
