WPAC: INVEST 91W

Located East of PI headed NW. Cant give the coordinates or a photo because it says I am forbidden. Nothing on JTWC or JMA.

I mentioned that on my video today before I knew it was an invest. Said it should bring rain to much of Luzon tomorrow. I don't really see any models picking up on it yet. Do you?

It's been raining too much for the past few days from Northern Luzon down to the southern portions of Luzon and Bicol region. Oh well, it's been raining since Halloween. Flashfloods and landslides were reported in areas that were already affected by Megi.

JMA got it on the map now:

LOW PRESSURE AREA 1008 HPA NEAR 15N 126E ALMOST STATIONARY.

Models still arnt biting but it and dont develop it
