They keep pushing it back..now it is 1000 which is in 12 minutes..I think they will hve to push that time again.

well...the rest disappeared...
Our house off base is flooded. Water everywhere. Have 2 kids and 2 dogs. What are we supposed to do? Water is coming out of ceiling and making holes, I'm scared it's gonna cave in. Please help? Can we leave for this ?

yes if it continued Wes twe would be in Recovery now..but with this north movement we may have another cuple of hours..heaven forbid it turns east for some odd reason..

Looks like the models from last week were dead on, they forecasted this stall near Okinawa pretty well.

A friend just posted pictures of her on base housing in Kadena. Totally flooded the street, so much for their cars! I'm pretty sure this is the worst storm I've ever been in ever.

Just went downstairs the first floor has a huge puddle and parking lot has some flooded out areas...cant really tell cause cant go fully outside and it isnt a good view

UPDATE: 19 Inches of rain since midnight! However winds are down to almost 50 mph....Recovery could come anytime! Thats almost 10 mph lower then needed for recovery unlss threat of mre higher winds remin

Gusts to 60+ kt were occurring as recently as two hours ago, so probably better safe than sorry to hold on a while more.
