No discussions (as of yet) from JMA, PAGASA, or JTWC. Initialized from JTWC at 15 kt, 1010 hPa, 75 mi NE of Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines, or 175 mi E of Manila.

Wow, I'm a little surprised due to the high amount of shear along the northern flank, but just an invest none the less. I think if Pagasa isn't saying anything on it we shouldn't worry to much about it.

Ha, I think NRL was just trying to increase the number invest so they can keep your funding on that one.
