At 2:00 p.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 180 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City (10.0°N, 117.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
(I know a little late on me it was posted a yesterday..next advisory will be ay 8am this morning)
