It would be very interesting to know whether it would be considered a TS or TD at landfall. If it is a TD, the streak of no TS's making landfall in the US will continue at 21 (although the tropical cyclone streak will end).

Pretty sure on teh re-anal it will be a TD. There was no convection to speak of and the winds were nil.
